Here's my quick tip for today:
Make their life easier

What can you do to make the whole process easier for your customers/clients?

1. Make it easy for them to decide to buy from you by being super clear on how you (or your product) help with one of their needs or wants.
⠀
2. Make it easy for them to contact you. Provide a variety of options. Don't make people head all the way to a contact form on your website if they just want to ask you a question.

3. Make it easy for them to buy your product. Link your products in your socials, make sure people can easily find whatever product it is that you are promoting at the time. The longer it takes for people to find what they are looking for, the less likely they are to stick around and complete the process (unless you've really done well with point 1 above).

4. Make it easy for them to find you in the first place. Be visible. Be easy to find. This is where a purposeful social media posting and marketing plan, plus good SEO comes in.

5. Make sure you have clear business processes in place for invoicing, payment, processing their order/request. Make their experience with you easy. Don't make them have to chase you for things.

I'm sure there's more I could add, but I really wanted to get us thinking about our customer/client perspective and experience.
